Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients ,except meat, in a bowl then pour over chops.
  2. Marinade for two hours.
  3. Broil or grill.
