Teriyaki Meatloaf

To prepare ahead, combine the ingredients, and shape into a loaf the night before or in the morning. Remove from the refrigerator to stand while you heat the oven.
Ingredients:
2/3 cup orange marmalade
3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, divided
2 tablespoons seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 lb ground beef
1 cup soft breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 large egg
Directions:
1. Stir together the marmalade, 2 tbs teriyaki sauce, vinegar, and red pepper. Set aside.
2. Combine ground beef, and the next 5 ingredients, and the remaining 1 tbs of teryaki sauce. Shape into a 4x7 loaf.
3. Bake at 350 in a 9 inch pan or baking dish for 30 minutes.
4. Remove from the oven, and pour the marmalade mixture over the meat; bake 8-10 more minutes or until done.
