Teriyaki Marinade

This is a great marinade for steaks and chicken. If possible, it is best to leave meat in the marinade for at least 24 hours. Prep time does not include marinading time.
Ingredients:
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 cup pineapple juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 teaspoon red wine
1 green onion, sliced (both green and white parts)
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Pour over meat in a container or large Zip-loc bag, turning occasionally.
