Ingredients:
1 to 2 tablespoon(s) bangkok blend
1/4 teaspoon(s) cayenne red pepper
1 dash(es) cinnamon
1 - 1 cube(s) fresh ginger root, peeled and diced (or tsp powdered ginger)
1/4 cup(s) molasses
1 teaspoon(s) mustard powder
1 cup(s) soy sauce (low sodium)
1 tablespoon(s) toasted sesame oil
1 dash(es) turmeric
1/2 cup(s) unseasoned rice vinegar
Directions:
1. Use about half to marinate beef or chicken. Save half for basting while cooking.
2. Note: Bangkok Blend from Penzey's spices is an optional ingredient, taste scores high even if this is left out.
