Teriyaki Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon with an oriental marinade. Preperation time includes marinating time.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup brown sugar, not packed
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced
4 (4 -6 ounce) salmon fillets
Directions:
1. In a shallow baking dish, combine brown sugar, oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
2. Place salmon fillets in a baking dish.
3. Turn fish over several times to coat; refrigerate 30 minutes.
4. Remove salmon from marinade.
5. Cook on heavy duty foil sheet on medium hot grill, turning once during cooking, about 6 to 12 minutes per inch of thickness. Do not overcook.
