Teriyaki Grilled Copper River Salmon

Ingredients:
1 lb wild copper river salmon
1 cup plum wine
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
sea salt
fresh cracked pepper
Directions:
1. Filet the salmon leave the skin on.
2. cut into two 8 oz. steaks -.
3. marinate in plum wine and teriyaki sauce for 2 hours.
4. fire grill.
5. place skin side down on SEASONED grill first .
6. glaze with teriyaki sauce while grilling -.
7. approximately 3 1/2 min.on each side depending on the thickness of the salmon filet.
