Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Filet the salmon leave the skin on.
  2. Cut into two 8 oz. steaks -.
  3. Marinate in plum wine and teriyaki sauce for 2 hours.
  4. Fire grill.
  5. Place skin side down on SEASONED grill first .
  6. Glaze with teriyaki sauce while grilling -.
  7. Approximately 3 1/2 min.on each side depending on the thickness of the salmon filet.
