Teriyaki Ginger Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
1 (1 lb) pork tenderloin
1 1/2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice
Directions:
1. Trim visible fat from pork.
2. Slice tenderloin into 1/2 inch thick slices.
3. Flatten slices with palm of hand.
4. Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; place skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
5. Add pork; cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned.
6. Mix together teriyaki sauce and remaining ingredients; stir to blend well.
7. Add to skillet; bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer 3 minutes.
8. Remove pork from skillet; spoon sauce over pork.
