When these are sizzling on the grill, you're going to love the smell!!
Ingredients:
2 pounds boneless sirlon steak
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons minced onion
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 tea. ground ginger
1/8 tea. pepper
Directions:
1. Slice steak lengthwise into 1/2 inch strips
2. Place in large glass bowl
3. Combine all remaining ingredients : pour over meat and toss gently
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
5. Drain
6. Loosely thread meat strips onto skewers
7. Grill over hot coals until desired doneness
8. Enjoy!!!!
