Teriyaki Beef Skewers

This is a tasty delicious meal that is good served with rice.
Ingredients:
3/4 lb beef round tip steaks or 3/4 lb any other lean and tender cut beef
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoons grated gingerroot
3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Heat grill.
2. Cut steaks into 1 inch wide strips.
3. Place strips in shallow dish or resealable plastic bag.
4. In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well.
5. Pour over strips; toss to coat well.
6. Cover dish or seal bag; let stand at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes to marinate.
7. When ready to grill, remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
8. Thread steak strips onto 4 10 to 12 inch oiled metal skewers.
9. Place on grill and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once.
