This one is from Hundred Oaks Castle Restaurant Here in Tennessee.
Ingredients:
1 8 inch unbaked pie crust
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup margarine
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 pinch salt
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 (3 1/2 ounce) can coconut
Directions:
1. Cream butter and sugar,add rest of ingredients and pour into pie crust.
2. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
3. Cool befor serving.
