Ten-Minute Cake

This cake is good plain or with ice cream.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
icing sugar
Directions:
1. Combine all of the above ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Using an electric mixer, beat on low speed for 30 seconds.
3. Increase speed to high and beat for 3 minutes, scraping down bowl often with spatula.
4. Pour batter into greased 9 square pan.
5. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until cake tests done.
6. Let cool in pan until warm; dust with icing sugar.
