Tempura Fried Bananas With Coconut- Green Tea  Sau...

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice bananas digonally 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Put ice water in a medium bowl
  3. Fold tempura batter mix, pumpkin pie spice, and cayenne pepper into ice water,( batter will be thin and lumpy)
  4. Heat 2 inches of oil into a medium saucepan to 350 degrees f.
  5. Woring in batches , dip sliced bananas in batter, then slide into hot oil.......................
  6. Fry for 2- 3 minutes or until golden brown.................
  7. Remove from oil and dust with powdered sugar..............
  8. To make the sauce, bring cream to barely a simmer in a small saucepan over medium heat..................
  9. Reduce heat to low and and add tea bags...............
  10. Steep for 8 minutes.............
  11. Remove bags and stir in coconut sorbet until it melts................
  12. Serve hot fried bananas in a small pool of coconut- green tea sauce
  13. Garnish with fresh berries and mint...............
  14. Serves 4..............
