Simiple tempura recipe.
Ingredients:
2 eggs
15 tablespoons cold water
3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
oil
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and water until frothy.
2. Add flour and salt, mixing only until blended.
3. Place in bowl of ice while using.
4. Coat: cut carrots, eggplant, mushrooms, sweet potatoes, zucchini, califlower, shrimp, pork or chicken.
5. Fry in hot (but not smoking) oil.
