A colleague of mine secured this recipe from the cook at the Jordan River Temple. Although the recipe doesn't call for them, grapes are wonderful in it.
Ingredients:
5 cups cooked chicken, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
mayonnaise, to moisten
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and chill.
