1 (6 ounce) jar carrot baby food

2 -2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Combine baby foods, eggs and oil; add to dry ingredients just until blended.
2. Pour into a greased 13 x 9 x2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
