Tecate Ranch Whole Wheat Bread (Bread Machine)

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups water
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons molasses
3 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/3 cup wheat bran
2 1/2 tablespoons gluten
1 tablespoon poppy seed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon fast rising yeast (or 1 t. plus 1 t. bread machine yeast)
Directions:
1. Add all the ingredients to the pan according to the order in the manufacturer's instructions.
2. Set crust on dark and program for the Whole Wheat cycle; press Start.
3. After 10 minutes, check the dough ball with your finger.
4. It will be sticky; add 1-2 tablespoons more flour.
5. The dough will still be very sticky; don't worry, it will absorb the liquid during the rises.
6. If you add too much flour, the bread will be dense, rather than springy.
7. If you don't add the extra flour as needed, the top can collapse.
8. When the baking cycle ends, immediately remove the bread from the pan and place it on a rack.
9. Let cool to room temperature before slicing-important.
