Tea Protein Shake - the New Energy

I am not zen but I love tea. This is my recipe for high brain performance and feeding my body.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons all-bran cereal
1 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk
1 cup brewed green tea
1 tablespoon protein powder
6 ice cubes
10 teaspoons splenda sugar substitute
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon or 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions:
1. Mix everything in blender. Blend for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
2. Note: You can use soy protein powder or whey protein powder. Also regarding the soy milk, I prefer soy milk fortified with calcium for extra benefits.
