Tater Tot Casserole

This is a easy meal and is great comfort food! This is an adaptation I got from another recipe to help get my kids (and hubby) to eat more veggies and it works-well most days lol You can always add more veggies that you like or different cheese-its easy to make it just how you like it!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or 1 lb ground turkey
1 (8 ounce) can cream of celery soup (i use the fat free kind) or 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup (i use the fat free kind)
1/4 cup nonfat milk
1 cup frozen green beans
1/2 cup frozen corn
handful of chopped onion (to taste)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 (2 lb) bag tater tots
1 -1 1/2 cup shredded cheese
Directions:
1. brown the meat & drain excess fat.
2. in a bowl mis the soup, milk, vegetables, salt & pepper.
3. add in the meat and mix well.
4. spread evenly in a 8x11 pan.
5. top with tater tots.
6. bake at 350 for 22-25mins (depends on your oven).
7. take out and cover with shredded cheese.
8. return to oven until cheese is nicely melted.
