Tater Tot Casserole

This recipe is so simple and good. I love to take it to potlucks and usually come home with a empty dish.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of grated cheese (i prefer the shredded velveeta)
1 (2 lb) bag frozen tater tots
Directions:
1. Cook beef and onions till beef is brown.
2. Add soup and cook till soup is mixed throughly.
3. Pour into a casserole dish.
4. Sprinkle with cheese.
5. Layer a single layer of tater tots on top.
6. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes till tater tots are nice and brown.
