Tasty Whole Wheat Banana Pancakes

Warm, soft, and sweet- a lovely combination for a breakfast on the porch in the sunshine. If you like banana bread, you will LOVE these.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2/3 cup skim milk
1/2 cup mashed ripe banana
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 egg, lightly beaten
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients. Stir well. Combine milk and next 3 ingredients. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until smooth. Cook on a buttered pancake grittle. Top with cinnamon, syrup, or more bananas.
