I got this from a cooking show on the 3ABN channel on tv. It is simple and healthy and doesn't take long to make.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon unfermented soy sauce
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes (also known as brewer's yeaast)
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 cups cooked beans
2 cups loma linda brand veggie burgers (one can is 20 oz.)
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon paprika
Directions:
1. saute onion and green pepper in a small amount of vegetable broth or water until soft. Mix everything together in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25-30 minutes.
