In 'Clinton St. Baking Company Cookbook'
Ingredients:
1/2 cup coarsely chopped sour dill pickle
1/4 cup drained coarsely chopped capers
1/4 cup yellow onion, finely diced
2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
salt
fresh ground black pepper
Directions:
1. Combine the pickles, capers, onion, and parsley in a bowl.
2. Whisk in the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.
3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. Store in the refrigerator.
5. Makes 2 cups.
