Tapioca Pudding

Serve warm or cold-either way it's sure to please!
Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
6 tablespoons tapioca
2 3/4 cups milk
1 egg (beaten)
1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix sugar, tapioca, milk, & egg in saucepan.
2. Let stand at least 5 minutes, stirring constantly over med heat till it comes to a full boil.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Add vanilla; stir.
5. Let sit 15-20 minutes for warm pudding.
