Tapioca Fry

This dish is a favorite of my brother.
Ingredients:
tapioca – 500 gm
small onions – 4 - 5 nos
garlic pods – 4 - 5 nos or as reqd
red chilly/ chilly flakes/ chilly powder (the more, the tastier)
turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
curry leaves – a few
salt – as reqd
oil – 1 – 2 tbsp
Directions:
1. Cook tapioca pieces along with salt in a pressure cooker, till it is done.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Add Crushed Small onions, Red chillies and Garlic
4. Add turmeric powder and fry.
5. Add curry leaves and sauté again.
6. Add salt, if reqd.
7. Add the chopped and cooked tapioca pieces and mix well.
8. Keep it on flame till the whole mixture gets mixed well.
