Ingredients:
2 cups cottage cheese
25 oz pasta sauce
15 oz ricotta cheese
9 oz pasta
8 oz mozzarella
1/2 cup onion
2 cups spinach
1/2 cup basil
Directions:
1. Line up 4 oven ready lasagna noodles in the bottom of a casserole dish
2. Mix all other ingredients (except pasta sauce)
3. and put down a layer over noodles (1/3 of mixture)
4. put down a layer of sauce (1/3 of 25oz jar)
5. repeat until there are 3 layers
6. Cook at 375 for an hour with foil over the top for the first 1/2 hour
7. let cool for 10 minutes after done baking
