tangy veggie topped tilapia

Ingredients:
4 5 oz. tilapia fillets
3 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
2 clove(s) garlic, finely chopped
4 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
1/3 cup(s) low-sodium chicken broth
1 med. green pepper, finely chopped
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 med. tomato, finely chopped
1 teaspoon(s) olive oil
1/2 teaspoon(s) seafood seasoning
1/2 cup(s) shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 425.
2. Whisk together, broth, mustard, seafood seasoning, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder. Ad chopped veggies, stir until well coated.
3. Place Frozen tilapia in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Spoon Veggie mixture over each fillet. Cover with Aluminum foil. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 5 - 10 minutes longer. Or until veggies are tender and fish flakes easily with a fork
