These are very tasty and make a great appetizer at parties or showers. Everyone always comments on these when I serve them and I never have any left. Great gift item as well.
Ingredients:
2 cups pecan halves
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Toss pecans in butter.
2. Combine sugar and remaining ingredients then sprinkle over pecans tossing to coat.
3. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 325 for 15 minutes stirring occasionally then cool.
