Tangy Peas and Cauliflower

Ingredients:
4 cups cauliflower florets
1 (16 ounce) package frozen peas
3/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
3 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1 dash lemon-pepper seasoning
Directions:
1. Place cauliflower in a saucepan with a small amount of water.
2. Bring to a boil; cook 6-8 minutes.
3. Add peas, cook 2-4 minutes longer, until vegetables are crisp-tender; drain.
4. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over vegetables and toss to coat.
