I never used to like meatloaf until my mom made this recipe one night. It's moist, easy, and has a GREAT flavor.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 cup seasoned dry bread crumb
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine all loaf ingredients. Place into a loaf pan.
3. Combine all the ingredients for the sauce and wisk together. Pour over meat.
4. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minute Let rest to firm up for 10 minute before slicing.
