These meatballs are so delicous. It's hard to describe them. They are not bbq and not sweet and sour. They just have this delicious tangy flavor. They are best served alone or with rice, but noodles will do too. They make a great appetizer or can even be the main dish.
Ingredients:
3 lbs ground beef
1 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 eggs
2 cups quick oats
3 cups ketchup
2 cups brown sugar
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
1 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Directions:
1. Meatballs:.
2. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Form into balls and place in a baking dish.

4. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over meatballs.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
