Ingredients:
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup firm packed brown sugar
1/2 cup a-1 steak sauce
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan blend apple juice and brown sugar.
2. Stir in steak sauce,lemon juice,cornstarch and lemon peel.
3. Heat to a boil,stirring constantly.
4. Boil 1 minute,remove from heat and cool slightly.
5. Use as a basting sauce for chicken,pork or ham.
