Tangy Lamb Patties

For a quick and easy supper. I tend to serve this with minted peas or beans and stewed apples or applesauce.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon crushed bay leaf
1/8 teaspoon crushed rosemary
1/2 cup white wine or 1/2 cup chicken broth
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, mix together the lamb through the rosemary until well blended.
2. Shape into small patties.
3. In a large skillet, heat wine over medium heat and cook patties, turning occasionally, about 15 minutes for medium or 20 minutes for well-done.
