Tangy Cucumber Sauce

I wrote this down in the 1970's. Lovely over many different dishes...open mussles, clams, salad, etc.
Ingredients:
1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and sliced (sometimes i leave the seeds)
1/4 cup watercress
1/4 cup buttermilk (or plain yogurt)
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
Directions:
1. Microwave the cucumber 1.5-2.5 minutes on high, covered letting the steam escape.
2. Put everything in the food processor or blender and whirl.
