Be sure to use a reduced-calorie cranberry juice; the regular cranberry juice cocktail has a lot of carbohydrate.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup reduced-calorie cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
1/2 cup apple juice, chilled
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, chilled
1 (6-ounce) can pink grapefruit juice, chilled
lime slices (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small pitcher, stirring well. Serve juice mixture over crushed ice. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
