A wonderful blend of mango,strawberries, raspberries, and a delicate hint of mint. I used frozen mixed berries, partially frozen mango, and left out the ice. Made a nice frozen delightful concoction.
Ingredients:
1/2 mango, diced
8 strawberries, halved
raspberries (a nice handful)
1/4 cup orange juice
1 lime, juice of
3 -5 mint leaves
1 cup ice
1/4 cup coconut rum, to taste
Directions:
1. Throw it all in a blender and blend to consistency desired.
