Ingredients:
3 garlic cloves, grated
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 ounces greek yogurt, low fat
16 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions:
1. 1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken and mix well.
2. 2. Add chicken and marinate in the refridgerator for 24 hours. Remove toe chicken and discard marinade.
3. 3. Preheat Broiler or a gril pan on the stovetop.
4. 4. Broil of grill the chicken for 5 minutes per side.
