Tandoori Chicken Burgers With Minty Cucumbers

This is from my Low Carb Cookbook. You can use ground turkey instead of chicken. I would serve these with home fries.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 lb ground chicken
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
4 mixed-grain hamburger buns
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh mint, chopped
1 tablespoon balsamic vinaigrette
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine bread crumbs, curry powder, salt and cayenne.
2. Add ground chicken and yogurt; mix well. Shape into 4 patties.
3. Grill for 14-18 minutes or until patties are no longer pink. Serve on toasted buns with minty cucumbers.
4. Minty cucumbers: In a medium bowl combine all of the salad ingredients. Toss well.
