I serve this with plain yogurt to balance the spice.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 tablespoons tandoori masala
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
1 chile, chopped
1/2 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup good seasons italian dressing
1/8 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon garam masala
Directions:
1. Wash chicken with cold water.
2. Mix remaining ingredients.
3. Combine with chicken and marinate for 6-8 hours.
4. Broil chicken for 15 minutes, turning pieces over half-way through cooking time.
