Ingredients:
1 1/2 clove(s) garlic minced
1 cup(s) long grain rice rinsed
1/2 cup(s) onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
salt
pepper
2 cup(s) chicken broth
Directions:
1. Heat a frying pan with a little oil, saute rice until lightly browned, add garlic, onions, and tomato and saute...add salt and pepper to taste. Add chicken broth, bring to a boil and then cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until done. Do Not Lift Lid!
