Super tasty chutney, i eat it sinfully in only one sitting
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons tamarind paste
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cumin seed
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon fennel seed
1/2 teaspoon asafetida powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 1/2 cups water
Directions:
1. Add everything in and just blend it in the blender.
2. Enjoy.
