Tamagoyaki rolled Omelet

Note: If you don't have the squared pan use a regular pan for this recipe. You can fill it with anything like: tomatoes, cheese, olives, etc..
Ingredients:
3 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
black pepper
1/2 teaspoon water
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons oil
mayonnaise (optional)
Directions:
1. Whisk 3 eggs, sugar, soy sauce, pepper, water, cinnamon.
2. In a pan add 1 tablespoon oil until the pan is coated with oil.
3. Pour 1/2 of the egg mixture and spread it. Use chopstick to pat on the egg to prevent air bubbles.
4. If the sides of the eggs are bubbling that means it done roll it with a spatula.
5. Repeat until the egg mixture is done cut it 1 inch and serve with mayonnaise or other things you want.
