5 ingredients make this an great last minute dip if you keep these ingredients on hand. Great heated up also, to be served on a nacho platter.
Ingredients:
1 (16 ounce) can black beans, rinse and drain
1/2 cup mild salsa
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions:
1. place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
2. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
