Tagliatelle With Hazelnut Pesto

Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 ounce fresh basil leaf
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
1 cup soft cheese
8 ounces tagliatelle pasta
Directions:
1. Place the garlic, basil, hazelnuts and cheese in a food processor and process to a thick paste.
2. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water until just tender. Drain well.
3. Spoon the sauce into the hot pasta, tossing until melted. Serve hot.
