Only 2 W.W. points per cup. I received this from someone at a weight watchers meeting but you don't have to be watching your weight to enjoy it.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) container fat-free cool whip, thawed
1 box sugar-free fat-free butterscotch pudding
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice (do not drain)
3 -4 apples, chopped
Directions:
1. Add pudding to pineapple and stir until disolved.
2. Fold in cool whip and apples.
3. Chill until serving.
4. Enjoy!
