Mexican version of chili. A family favorite, and were Italian.
Ingredients:
2 lbs. ground beef
1 16oz can light red kidney beans
1 16 oz can dark red kidney beans
1 16oz can great northern beans
1 16 oz can pinto beans
1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
2 16 oz cans gold and white corn
1 packet of taco seasoning
1 packet dry ranch dressing mix
(only drain ground beef, liquids from beans and corn make soup)
Directions:
1. Fry ground beef until browned; Drain.
2. Add all ingredients to crock pot set on high
3. Allow to cook 4-6 hours on med-high
