This is my favorite soup! It is a quick and easy soup and the end result is delicious!
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 15.5 oz. can pinto beans
1 15.25 oz. can whole kernal corn
1 14.5 oz. can green beans
1 15 oz. can ranch beans undrained
1 14.5 oz. can stewed tomatoes
1 12 oz. can beer
1 10 oz. can diced tomatoes and green chiles
1 1/4 oz. envelope taco seasoning mix
1 1 oz. envelope ranch dressing mix
5 6-inch cor tortillas

Directions:
1. Brown ground beef in a stockpot, stirring until it crumbles and is no longer pink; drain.
2. Return beef to pot.
3. Rinse and drain pinto beans, corn and green beans; stir into beef.
4. Stir in ranch beans and next 5 ingredients; bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes.
6. Cut tortillas into 1/4 inch strips.
7. Place on a baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
8. Sprinkle with salt.
9. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 to 8 minutes.
10. Ladle soup into bowls and top with tortilla strips.
