Ingredients:
2 lbs extra lean ground beef
2 cups diced onions
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans pinto beans
2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans pink kidney beans
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can mexican-style stewed tomatoes
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can tomatoes and green chilies
4 -6 ounces black olives (sliced in half )
1/2 cup sliced green olives
2 (4 ounce) cans diced green chilies
1 (8 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (8 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing
Directions:
1. .brown ground beef an onion in large skillet an drain
2. transfer to large slow cooker
3. add beans corn tomatoes green chilllies olives dry taco seasoning an dry ranch dressing mix cook on slow cooker 6 to 8 hours on simmer
4. Serve place corn chips in a bowl ladle soup over them top with garnishes.
