Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 medium chopped onion
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can whole corn, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can hominy, undrained
1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can navy beans, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can mrs. grimes chili beans
14 1/2 ounces canned chicken broth
1 1/4 ounces taco seasoning
1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
grated cheddar cheese
fritos corn chips
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef with onion, drain.
2. Combine all ingredients except cheese and fritos in a 6 quart pan.
3. Bring to a simmer and cook for 30 to 40 minutes.
4. Spoon into bowls and top with cheddar cheese and fritos!
