This is a wonderful hearty soup and so simple to make. Keeps well in refrigerator.
Ingredients:
3 (16 ounce) cans beans (any kind)
2 (16 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (16 ounce) can corn
1 (16 ounce) can water
1 lb hamburger, browned & drained
1 (4 ounce) package ranch dressing (dry)
1 (4 ounce) package taco seasoning
1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
1 large onion (i sauteed with the beef)
Directions:
1. I used a can of pintos, black and kidney. Not drained. I also didn't drain the corn.
2. Mix together and simmer
3. Serve with shredded cheese, tortilla chips and spoon of sour cream.
